Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Joint Entrance Examination Board (Polytechnic) has released a notification regarding Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Entrance Examination. The online application process will be conducted from January 8 to April 10, 2024, but its application process was closed earlier and has been extended. Its examination was originally scheduled to be held from 16 to 17 March 2024, and has been postponed by the committee.
Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Entrance Exam will be conducted in May 2024. The exam time of first shift is from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, exam time of second shift is from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and exam time of third shift is from 4:00 pm to evening. It is till 6:30.

Ability
The details of qualification as per diploma are as follows-
- Diploma in Engineering: Class 10th pass with 35% marks, 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Diploma in Agricultural Engineering: Class 10th passed with Agricultural Science, Agricultural Science and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Fashion Designing and Garments Technology, Home Science, Textile Design, Textile Design (Printing): Class 10th passed with minimum 35% marks.
- Modern Office Management and Secretarial Service: Passed in Hindi and English subject in High School and Intermediate level examination.
- Library and Information Science: Class 12th passed.
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Class 12th passed with 50% marks in Science stream.
- PG Diploma in Biotechnology: B.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry subject. pass.
- PG Diploma in Computer Application, PG Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management, PG Diploma in Customer One Year Service Management, PG Diploma in Tourism and Travel Management, Beauty and Health Care, Advertising and Public Relation, Textile Design, Fashion Technology, PG in Mass Communication Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university in India: Accounting with Diploma, Computer Hardware and Networking, Web Designing, Computerized Accounting and Taxation.
- Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering: Class 12th passed with 50% marks in Science stream.
- Diploma in Aircraft, Maintenance Engineering: Class 12th passed, 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Diploma in Aircraft, Maintenance Engineering (Avionics): Class 12th passed, 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- PG Diploma in Information Technology: Diploma in Engineering (Any Branch).
- Diploma in Engineering (Lateral Entry): Class 12th passed with Science stream and Class 10th passed with IIT.
- Post Diploma in Industrial Safety: BE/B.Tech degree in any stream with 02 years experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years experience.
